“This session will explore the ethical considerations regarding meat processing plant operations, worker safety, and community welfare. Hear from professional’s in infection prevention and control, union leadership, ethicists, and health disparity experts. The panelists will illustrate the challenges of providing guidance to meat processing plants, as well as discussing the issues workers are facing. The webinar will culminate by examining the strategies and interventions that can most effectively and ethically reduce the risks of outbreaks and protect the people working in these plants.”
