The J. C. Lewis Primary Health Care Center is sponsoring a series of health care clinics for our homeless citizens each Wednesday during the month of September 2022 from 9 AM until 12 Noon.

Each week the clinic will move to a different location to better serve this population:

On Sept 7 the clinic will be at the Old Savannah City Mission, 2414 Bull St.

On Sept 14 the clinic will be at the Savannah Baptist Center, 704 Wheaton St.

On Sept 21 the clinic will be at the Social Apostolate, 502 Liberty St.

On Sept 28 the clinic will be at Wells Park, 2299 Montgomery St.

Medical testing and COVID-19 vaccinations will be available
